Service Agreement
This agreement is made between you (the client) and FIRELR (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
Our Offer
We optimise your Google Business Profile and local search presence with the goal of achieving Top 3 placement on Google Maps for your agreed primary keyword within your target city or service area within 90 days.
Our objective is to increase your visibility so potential customers searching for your business or services in your area can easily find and contact you.
Scope of Services
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
• Full Google Business Profile audit and optimisation
• Local search visibility improvements
• Competitive analysis within your market
• Review generation strategy and implementation
• Local search optimisation for your city and surrounding service areas
• Monitoring, optimisation, and adjustments during the 90-day period
Where appropriate, we may also recommend or assist with website improvements that support local
What We Need From You
To perform our services effectively, we may require access to:
• Your Google Business Profile
• Your website (if applicable)
We will provide instructions on how to securely grant access.
We will notify you before making any significant changes to your business profile or website.
After payment is completed, you will receive an onboarding email within 24 hours with instructions on how to provide access.
The 90-day optimisation period begins once all required access has been received
Client Cooperation
The effectiveness of our services depends on cooperation from the client.
By entering this agreement, you agree to:
• Provide the required access to accounts and platforms
• Respond to reasonable requests for information or approvals
• Avoid making major changes to your Google Business Profile or website during the optimisation period without consultation
If access is removed, cooperation is withheld, or significant changes are made that interfere with optimisation work, the 90-day timeline and guarantee may be paused or adjusted accordingly.
Guarantee
If your business does not achieve Top 3 placement on Google Maps for the agreed primary keyword within your agreed city or service area within 90 days, we will pause billing and continue optimisation until the ranking goal is achieved.
Once the ranking goal is achieved, billing will resume at the next billing cycle.
Clients enrolled in the Stability Package receive ongoing optimisation services without the Top 3 ranking guarantee.
This package focuses on improving visibility and working toward first-page rankings, but does not include the performance guarantee offered in the Dominance Package.
This guarantee applies provided that:
• The client provides the required access and cooperation
• The business profile remains active
• No major changes are made to the profile or website without consultation
• Required platform access remains available during the optimisation period
Search rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm updates and competitor activity. While we commit to performing all agreed optimisation work, rankings may fluctuate over time.
Rankings also require ongoing optimisation. If services are cancelled, rankings may change due to factors outside our control.
Exclusivity
FIRELR works with a limited number of businesses within each city and industry.
This allows us to maintain quality and avoid conflicts of interest wherever possible.
In most cases, we aim to work with only one client per city and industry category.
Payment Terms
Once your package is selected, you will receive an invoice for the agreed service.
Payments may be made via:
• Bank transfer
• Credit or debit card
• Other available payment methods at checkout
Once payment has been received, you will receive an onboarding email within 24 hours outlining the next steps.
Limitation of Liability
While we make every reasonable effort to improve your visibility and search rankings, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, including revenue, number of leads, or sales.
Search engine rankings are controlled by third-party platforms such as Google, which may update their systems or algorithms at any time.
FIRELR will not be held liable for:
• Search engine algorithm changes
• Temporary ranking fluctuations
• Loss of business, revenue, or profit
• Technical issues caused by third-party platforms
Our total liability under this agreement will not exceed the amount paid by the client during the current billing period.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing our services and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
